Stefanie Frontera is a senior at Columbia College Chicago following her dreams of becoming a fashion photographer. Encouraged by her parents to pursue a creative artistic profession, she’s always been known as that “art kid”. She found her love for photography at the age of 13, when she first picked up a Canon 3TI in her photo and film class. When she’s not taking photos she’s either running, watching Netflix, or doing sort of creative DIY project for herself. She’s always had a passion for fashion which encouraged her to learn to sew and make her own clothing (giving her an extra in into the fashion industry). She’s been promoted and stated in the newspaper and is currently selling her work in the Shop Columbia store. When Stefanie is not in school, she is running her own business taking senior portraits, newborn shoots, and engagements photos. She is currently working expanding her fashion and portrait work in order to be well-rounded in photography for any opportunity that may come her way.
