Emily Czelusniak is a Chicago-based Commercial Photographer, who grew up in Western Massachusetts. After first picking up a camera around twelve years old, Emily began to take any film or digital photography class her small-town high school had to offer. By the time she graduated, Emily had assisted local photographers, photographed several local events in her town, and had her work printed in a local magazine. Following high school graduation, Emily moved to Chicago to pursue a degree in Commercial Photography at Columbia College Chicago. Once she began to hone her own style, she focused on creating eye-catching product imagery in studio and at home, paying close attention to texture, lighting, space and color. Over the past four years as a student, Emily perfected her use of her favorite composition techniques and her love of surrounding the subject in a familiar, natural environment to emulate a little slice of life.
